Khalakhor Shopkeepers and captains update

Khalakhor Shopkeepers and captains update

Dear Donut Dwellers,

In order to improve the stability of the services provided by various 
facilities in Khalakhor, the shopkeepers, the barkeepers and the
smiths should no longer generate imbues. Some of them can still be
attacked and killed, but if you find an imbue on their corpses, that
would be supposed to be a bug that will have to be reported.

In the similar tune, the captain of the Genesis ShipLines Company will
not carry imbued items as well. While they already were not attackable,
this will ensure they will not carry disruptive light imbues.
