Hi,
TLDR: Beware: The shiny steel amulet can
be accidentally worn from a <wear all>
( ~ 1 in a 1000 chance? )
Last week I had an alarming issue... I woke up
and ran my "getting-ready script" as I
always do without thinking about it.
When I checked, I found that I was super weak
and had no skills and could not move under the
weight of armour I was wearing.
This was alarming! I thought that something
had gone horribly wrong... all that grinding
gone to waste!
I took some screenshots and logged out.
Reviewing the screenshots, it appeared that
I was wearing the "shiny steel amulet" from
Karkadelt which reduces stats and skills for
Sparkle Orc Temple entry.
This had never happened before over hundreds
(thousands?) of uses of my "getting-ready
script" which issues the command <wear all>.
Normally the shiny steel amulet requires
you to *repeat* the <wear> command before
you can put it on for safety reasons
... but not this time!
So beware of this to avoid being alarmed!
