Some smaller changes have been introduced throughout the last month:
- In addition to the use of adverbs on count/eat/drink/light/extinguish as
announced on the common board early January, it is now also possible to
use an adverb on wield/unwield, wear/remove and hold/release.
Examples:
wield sword threat[eningly]
unwield sword appea[singly] (a new adverb)
wear cape hau[ghtily]
remove shawl sensu[ally]
hold staff tri[umphantly]
release wand (with) satis[faction] (a new adverb)
- Similarly, adverbs can also be used with regular walking around the realms.
Examples:
east bold[ly]
sw caut[iously]
up wear[ily]
- You can now <count> multiple items in one go, e.g. count money/gems/drinks/
and you will count them all.
Btw, money is now a valid word to describe multiple types of coins.
- When you <kill> something it will prioritise the non-interactives in the
area, so you won't try to kill your team-member if he happens to be an
elf, too. Similarly <kill!> will prioritise interactive targets.
- Most* neighbourhood banks will no longer charge their modest fee on the
platinum coins you carry when you <minimize> your coins. After all, plats
cannot be minimized. It will also tell you the details of the transaction.
* Some banks may remain stuck in their old ways. There you can leave a
bug report for the friendly neighbourhood wizard.
