Heya all! So I am a student of high magic, and I was trying to get divine
location to spy on my foes. I realized that, when people are trying to get an
audience with the scribe in the Great Library of Palanthas, people can just
stand in there with an idle trigger and block it. This would block a couple
things, including the Identify Draconians quest. If you could make it so that
there was like a.. five minute limit.. would be great. It would work
thematically too, becase I am sure the scribe is very busy.
