The Forest Realm of Ansalon shall be hosting the II edition of a storytelling
tournament: 'Qualinesti Scribe Award'. All scops, scholars, and those who bear
the title of a penmaster are called to take part and send thy compositions.
There are 3 rules that must be followed in order to participate and these are
they:
* I ~ the writing shalt be in the form of a scroll (100-300 verses)
* II ~ the scroll shallt be composed with respect to the ~ Topic ~
* III ~ The scroll shallt be sent to the Forest of Qualinost upon the hands
of Dar.

The tournament shallt last for 3 months, accompanied by a festival to honour
Chislev ~ the Beast. All the winners shall receive prizes in the form of bags
of forest fruits with honeydew, and a publication in the Forest Library of
