Ok, I think I fixed the issue with subsilver2 template. When I tested it, the "Like" button showed up on the bottom but not on the top of the post. If you're using scriptblock though, you probably won't notice a difference in any case.
I also added a new style called "Getaway Green (No Facebook)". This will allow you to have at least one style that doesn't have the "Like" button.
