That would only take into consideration of poisons and themes in Middle-Earth. There are other places where I can get poisoned and herbs from a distant land would most likely cause a problem for people who are unfamiliar with the different poison.

I don't think any other poisons should be cleansable or at least none of the big ones. Poison's nowadays in genesis are pathetic and rarely if ever kill anyone other than the Black breath and someone who tries Jadestone to early. Reduction of poison effects in my opinion is a better route to go.
