* If nobody gets caught, does it really matter if the punishment is a two cc fine or deletion+siteban?
* If people get caught often, any botter who doesn't learn will soon be deleted anyway. If you can catch him once and he keeps doing it, it shouldn't be that hard to catch him again.
* If botters do get caught, but only rarely, I (everyone?) would love to have 1:st offense punishment = deletion, IF the one caught was a well-known power-botter who deserves anything he gets. But what if it's someone who's spent ten years of hard _active_ work to get his myth-level, went afk while in a team for a few minutes, which accidentally turned into an hour due to something happening in RL. Comes back and finds he's been deleted? Or "just" got half his xp removed, without recovery?
If your request for more severe punishment is just a death without recovery, it might be ok, even for someone who's normally playing fair, but I don't think a power-botter would suffer too much from such a punishment. He'd definitely suffer a whole lot less than non-power-botters.
