Reopen Vamps. and this time, make them work.. dont let people that hates the players in vamps code them.. cause you know they will just be bend over again..

And about the other stuff. opening more guilds wount bring players.. More players = opening of more guilds..

so.. how do we get players.. Donno.. im blank, tried to hand out the so-called posters to print from the site.. and.. ehh.. let me tell you.. People almost laughed.. its that bad yes..

So here is an idea.. next time genesis saves up money from its players.. Use them better, AND ALOT better.. get a home page with colors. posters that are actually cool.. a designer that can fucking draw.. pardon my french.. but i cant help it.. that page is the worst BS i have ever seen

get in contact with recruiters who actually knows what they are doing. not just people with fancy words.. sorry current wiz force. But you failed dearly.. good intentions, no doubt, but result was utter destructive..

Anybody perhaps thinking those who donanted to the page and "super designer" actually got pissed and left cause they threw their money in a sewer ?

Just wondering.. Genesis has all the potential in the world.. but yet we choose to fuck it up for our selves..

Sorry these may sound like hard words... and they are. because you need to get out of that little world your living in where genesis is unique and special.. take those two words in to rl when buying something then you see what it is.. Old and shitty. and no one is buying it.. get some serious updates going, recruit some more wizards.. lots of us have ideas.. but just cant code.. benefit from them.. Get out of that little fantasy world where genesis is just fine as it is.. cause its not.. More and more of us choose to leave.. and dont bother comming back..

Raise the beginner level to Veteran. Let people try and actually do something when they enter the world.. insted of here here is a world full of giants, and your a piss ant.. go ahead, live.. and prosper.. What the fu.k would it matter...? if the regular whiners whined about it.. tell them to shut up.. Change the game mecanics to a working deal. stop thinking that what we have works.. Geez Nerd rage comming.. !!

And why the hell cant people see its going straight to hell as it is.. ?? wizards included..Make the game easier for new people.. (upp beginner level to vet) and fu.k what people say.. we are all big enough. and those who usually whine, never play anyway... DO... ACT.. MAKE.... CHANGES !! NOW !!!!

Yeah i've pretty much agreed with what Alorrana is saying here for a loong time now.
How many people did the promotion campain really get?

Agreed.

I am curious as to why people quit voting though, or why no one seems to be attempting to actively recruit players from the most well known site for mudders, Top Mud Site while we wait to see exactly what is going to come out of the campaign.

Ive tried. and gotten laughs back.. and are you kidding and what not..

and those who actually tries, reports back, no its to hard, the jump is to far, i dont have 10 + years for a game..

dislikes from people ive noticed.. :

1. Mortal level to low, you cant do anything cool, near to cool, fun, or exiting when you enter the world. your simply to usless in everything.

2. Forced quests. Its always a haggle to do something when you HAVE to do it. make it optional with the quests, One brute, one xp..

3. Unable to grind up to max level.

1-2-3 things thats fairly important to adress i would think.

Forced questing sucks..
Questing should be optional and give something other then lower brute imo.. Like permanent items.

Oh and one more thing.. You loose your EQ on every log out.. you cant have a personal set untill it breaks.. thats a HUUUUUUGE draw back too..

Im not insulting genesis, forgive the harsh language in my posts. But this is serious input from the RL. people dont want what we sell.. we should change product.. pretty simple.

And you cant say people dont want what we sell. We havent attempted to sell anything yet so knowing what "people" want is also impossible.

You can make hundreds of changes and you still wont know if it will be successful or not. The only way to really know it to attempt to sell it first. And see if people are interested.

We can change the game in all eternity. At some point we really need to at least try to sell it and see if people enjoy it. Until then we're all just guessing what might or might not work.

Cherek again, i like your optimism, no doubt, but we have to get serious, and real.. look at the game. it hasnt been this bad for a long time.

Im just keeping it real.. And im not the only one that dislikes these things... I will turn it and say, if everything was so awsome as some think or try and tell us it is.. why are people leaving then..? why wouldnt there be more around..

we need to start pumping water, cause the ship is filled with holes.. and yes it floats.. but for how long..?

Please dont misunderstand it as a personal whine. its not. its what i gotten told and bring on. I really love genesis, otherwise i wouldnt be around still. as many of others do.. but we need to get real, and smack the hammer down. draw the line, have a clear path to go forward on.. not walking around blindly. changes are needed.. im not saying my suggestions are all right. but something needs to be done. now, and fast friends..

Tell me another game you have played for 10+ years? We have an extremely loyal playerbase, that people leave eventually is just natural I think. The playerbase has really been declining slowly since early 2000's, or earlier.

Tons of people stop playing Skyrinm every day, and tons of people start playing it every day. But that game will have very few players in a year from now. Or even less. Genesis have been around since... early 90s? Longer? So no, I really dont think that is the problem.

Problem is we dont attract new players anymore. If it is because of the game itself or because nobody knows it exists? Well... to answer that we need to get a bunch of new people to try it out. If they all say "This sucks because of this and that" then we at least know where the problem is.

Right now I think the main problem is nobody knows we exist.
