Well, there used to be sheep you could carry around, I'm not sure if they exist anymore.

If someone has the same score as you and you kill him/her/it then the turkey can not be tended for some and you gain a lead...
Sadly tryin to emote the same message as the turkey does, does not work, ppl are too smart to use general triggers...
So whend they idle find them, use darkness and do not let them tend turkeys...
Everyone will carry working light sources now?
There should be rule to ban idling in home guilds starting rooms - Like you can not tend your turkey in your guilds' halls?

True ... if you kill someone, you'll screw up their turkey care timing, I suppose. And, yes, people can hide all day in their guildalls to avoid this. But, really, if they want to spend 2 full weeks hiding in their guildhall, they aren't going to be gaining any exp or other things by playing the game, so I suppose they lose over all.
What is likely is that people will idle when they are not able to actively play, and when they are, their turkeys will be with them in the real game, and they will be available for whatever mayhem you have devised.

Another thought for later years. I know everyone is typically all crazy for imbuments but maybe for
top prize(s), get a summonable (so its not around ALL the time) turkey that has a few emotes.
maybe be able to pick or set a name.
emote ideas:
tsummon(summon your turkey)
thome(Send your turkey home)
tgreatful(Target) Turkey Looks (Happlily at Target,) greatful to have been saved from the dinner table.
tgobble (Target) Turkey gobbles happily (at target)
thorror (Target) Hides his head in (owner's) arms (fearful that target wants turkey for dinner)
maybe a few social emotes similar to horses
tnuzzle
tnice(on and off)

From what I can discern, the closest to 2000 health levels will win.

I wonder how many health scores are needed for minimal qexp progress

I it minimal in about five and a half hours, just looking after my bird. So not great QXP per say, but it surely adds up.
I have to assume that the scale slides though. The bigger you are, the more your need to change the measure from insignificant to minimal.

does traveling and grinding add to the love for the turkey?
Not sure how some are 1-3 health levels ahead when we all started at the same time.
