The young female orc strikes at your legs with her right elbow, but you
easily dodge her attack.
You remove the broken glass medallion.
You die.
You have a strange feeling.
You can see your own dead body from above.
You see a dark hooded man standing beside your corpse.
He is wiping the bloody blade of a wicked-looking scythe with slow, measured
motions. Suddenly he stops and seems to look straight at you with his empty...
no, not empty but... orbs....
Death says: COME WITH ME, MORTAL ONE!
I scratch my head everytime I read this one.

head rolls backwards off his neck in response, which hits the ground a moment
before the rest of his body.
The frustrated noble male human looks down at his many wounds and grits his
teeth. With a final cry to Paladine he prepares to end his life in one last
glorious battle!

blade.

Garren swings at your right arm with his solamnic two-handed longsword, but
you parry his attack.
Sensing your opportunity, you lunge with uncanny precision at Garren, slashing
him with your corrupted mithril sword! Blood sprays outward in a wide arc as
your blade tears a lethal gash in his neck!
Garren yells: My sister... I have failed you.
Garren falls upon his solamnic two-handed longsword as he dies, driving it into
the ground.
Garren died.
You killed Garren.
You peer quizzically at a human head. Hmm......

Seeing an opening in the tiny faery dragon's defences, you stab forward with all of your might, plunging your unusual dirty little knife deep into the meat of his underarm! Flinching in pain, the tiny faery dragon staggers backward, cradling the wound, and glaring at you in surprise and anger.
