is Balifor still the lowest taxed place?

When I visited Tyr once, that bank had 9%. Thats nice I thought, and some weeks later I went there exchange, but then it was way up above 20%.

Some banks are random?

Argos bank : 5% - 14% tax.

That is what I have seen though,it may be a higher top level.
