LOVE the idea. Any idea on what the joining requirements would be?
and...why does it include race? would that mean only some races can join 0-0
I love necromancy and undead minions, but not at the cost of not being a goblin
even if goblins are terrible at spell casting

The reason it involves race is the same reason it involves all other guild slots - to become a member of the Cult of Chemosh is to forgo all other interests and pursuits. Your family, your friends, your history, your origins - all fade in comparison to the devotion and scholarship demanded by the enterprise. You become single of purpose and of focus.

Pretty much. Maybe he will return to be more active one day, but as far as I know he hasn’t been working on the CoCs for several years,

Well, theoretically it's possible, however, it very much has the special "Gorboth style", so I would be surprised if that happened. Also, it's very hard to just take over someone else's vision and code, so I doubt any wizard would be interested anyway. People tend to want to work on their own ideas.
