I've had that problem too.. I had guessed it was just because ponies are smaller and don't eat as much.. but if horses can't eat it either, I think it must be a bug..

Eh possibly, maybe its just because I was raised on a farm but I've always just thought of it as common knowledge.

Hmm..
are they shelves or a petting zoo?
