Good news, for all those concerned with the presence of evil (to those who are grammatically anal retentive), awful, horrible "lizardmans" in your Faerunian mere, they should shortly be replaced with much "friendlier"*, "happier"* "lizardmen". That is, once some brave hero ventures out and clears out the rest of the evil lizardmans still in existence.
"Onward, upward!" (Blatantly plagiarized, but equally effective.

*The actual friendliness and happiness of all lizardmen are not guaranteed, and the actual product may differ from what has been described. Buyers beware.

How about a halfling racial guild? I frankly think hobbits need another race guild besides the furry-footed pipe-smoking Tolkein RP. Kender is very niche and D&D halflings are now "classic" even if they were originally based on Tolkein's hobbits. You could go for the more classic lightfoot halflings, or the more unique ghostwise halflings (or both!)
IMO racial guilds are for RP so you can't have too many.
I'd also LOVE to see another gnome racial guild besides the Dragonlance themed variety, and again a D&D themed area is perfect for some basic racial guilds. Rock gnomes could worship Garl Glittergold and get some minor fun/amusing illusionist magic, have a fun clockwork toy shop, candy shop, etc. Let them train "illusion spells" and they can learn a ventriloquism spell and have some fun illusion emotes.

Faerun as a whole doesnt focus very much on gnomes and halflings.
They are basically.. there.
But yes i agree.
Would be amusing with a gnome illusionist type guild.. maybe even race/lay
