Me? Absolutely not. The Kobold area is perfectly safe for greenhornes so it would appear your friend strayed off the path considerably to run into a troll. Perhaps if you care so badly for the wellbeing or you employes maybe you should make sure they reach their destination, or at the very least properly explain the dangers of getting lost in northern Terel? I hope you offered him some kind of compensation for this error of judgement on your part!

I've been going to kill the Kobolds for awhile and I've never come across a troll. Sounds like the guy got lost, not that the list is incorrect.

Yeah. No trolls there. Trolls are further west, where there is no map. Getting lost can be dangerous anywhere though. Even in Sparkle.

Greenhorne-Apprentice level: Gibberers north of Green Oaks

For over 20 years, a favorite grinding spot of mine. More because I start off with magic using characters who can't fight and they are about the only thing they can grind against to pay for skills.

Tower of Arms, Palanthas (neutral?)

Guards are good for sure,what about skeletons (evil) in the tunnels under the tower ?

There are a lot of them for sure. but we need to ask some GA/similar to take some time and test if there's an exp.
