But yeah, im impatient and have waited for things promised several YEARS ago to arrive.
Things i know wouldnt even take more then a couple of months tops to finish.
I've always said the Admin means well.. But when they bur out and all they seem to "have time" to do is small bugfixes.. Maybe its time to give control of the bigger picture to someone else?

Everyone has been saying a long time we simply do not have enough active wizards currently, Gorboth have posted several notes saying just that recently. We WANT active wizards who do take control of things. Like I said, nobody is standing in your way to become a wizard and start doing things? We do not have active wizards to teach you though, but if there are skilled people around who know how to code or are willing to learn on their own they're quite welcome, Gorboth just recently wrote that as well.

I really dont understand what you are complaining about. That the current wizards dont spend enough of their free time coding? Well is that so strange? These days not many players spend time playing either. Lack of people in general will obviously mean a lack of wizards as well as playersl. If the few wizards who keep the game running now quit completely, why is that better?

What people say and whats actually correct... Two different things.

"Wiz and do it yourself"... I doubt it's that simple.

Yes you can wiz and do it yourself, but obviously you need whatever it is you wanna do approved. But whats strange about that? If my boss iRL wants something done with green color and I think blue is better, I can argue for it but in the end he has the final word. Its the same here, and it has do be or it will be chaos.

And if your boss makes shit decisions and the company is collapsing you just go and look for another job. Go figure

Well this topic can be closed now since its gone way off topic. I tried to be positive and helpful but there's just no stopping the negativity and disappointment in this thread it seems. I suggest you move your complaints and insinuations to the flame section instead.
