The mercy option.

I see PVP As a big problem in genesis, it stires up a lot of conflict.
Big players, knowing exactly what items and tricks that gives them the
upper hand. As if their mere size wouldn't be enough.It's practically
an I win-button.

How about impliment Mercy in PVP...put a time limit on how many
you can kill within one year. I'd like to see a low limit, maybe
just two. (With player base increasing, it would go up, but right
now we are so few.)

After that the mercy mode will automatically be
switced on, keepnig track of time. Once you get over the first
kill, you can kill another player. You also wouldn't be able
to loot when Mercy is on, to prevent abuse of Mercy.

It would only be activated if you are the attacker, of course.

That would force the PVP-killers to think before they attack to
kill, select the one's they really want to see dead. And I think
it would save a lot of grief from those who doesn't like PVP
at all. They (at least I) would still feel abused, treated as
someone elses toy, forced to make the game "fun" for someone
else...someone that doesn't give a shit about how YOU want to
play the game....Yeah, I think that is the worst thing, actually.
but at least they won't have to add death recovery on top of it.

Myth attacks a rising hero, tries to kill him but mercy kicks in and the defender falls down unconscious.
He is a Grunt so he's going to be happy by just looting and urinating on the poor fella, maybe leaving a poop behind too if he's in a good mood.
So, our defender is lying there, humiliated and robbed of all possessions while a sneaky, backstabbing hobbit, hero in size, enters the room...
