Is it possible to add a chat on this forum.

I'd like to be able to interact with other members of the genesis community outside of the game and when I am at work. It was really neat on the other forum we had before this official one.

Well, I am certain it can be logged. And since we all had to register our names with in game characters if something is said it can be determined who said it and then that person could be punished in game for their actions on board.

I think people can be mature enough to keep quest info, etc... off the chat and if there is a risk of consequence for doing so I think it would be likely that people will refrain.

I also liked the chat we had on the other forum. But the moderation is an issue I guess... I vote for the chat anyway, I think the good outweights the possible bad. Atleast, its worth a try? If it turns out a bad idea, just close it.

So let me get this straight, most of you were against a chat line in Genesis that could be toggled on or off but you want a chat on here so all you have to do is alt+tab over?

Great point Greneth. Putting a chat here would absolutely distract from my total immersion into the fantasy RP of this discussion board.

Now if only Tapakah hadn't screwed up the ship lines so I didnt have to take an extra boat from Sparkle to get to "Game-Technical" land where I'll use my overpowered Spirit Circle skills to tame a unicorn help me kill all the undead zombies in the new domain over in the "Land of the Immortals!"
