Before you implement the new newbie racks, perhaps work some on the Cadet/Academy ones? So that Cadets and graduates could enter the Academy and donate some items in their racks (not take from them) and vice versa?

Yeah I think you can just donate it to Xorfin. and then it will auto go to the racks.
But most smaller ones are Mercs of what i noticed, I never see cadets really. but i would love to donate stuff to them if there are any on.

I believe there were at least two Cadets that are active/semi-active recently.
Couldn't graduates check 'clist'? Or does it only show graduates? Gotta check it out.
Edit: Seems graduates can only check on graduates and they can't enter Academy (although academy has its donation box at the entrance).
