well.. Rohan... or whats missing of it.. the entire city should have a decent recode with some of the cool characters from the books and movies in em. the west fold should be as big as plains.. there should be a layman or OCC guild there.. everything in ME needs an Overhaul basic.. *whine*

I agree that ME needs a mass recode but I am content with what is there.
