Why are the topics in "Game - General" never listed in "View active topics"?
It's so frustrating, now that I've managed to learn to use that link, that once I'm done reading all "active" topics, I then still have to go to "Game - General", to see if anyone has written anything new there.

Bumping this thread, because it's so annoying to catch up on everything in "View active topics" and then have to go to "Game - General", because they aren't listed.
Either I am having some bad setting. If so, can someone tell me how to fix it?
Or the forum is set up to to not bother about that "General" part. If so, could it please be added?

Didn't know there was such a feature before you mentioned it.
You could always try "view unread posts". Myself, I just scroll down the board index to see the orange glow of new thingies.
Perhaps it's the style that's broken? I remember I had some quirks with some of the styles when I was trying them out. Right now I'm using "Gateway Dark Blue" and everything's perfect.

But still You have no clue what page you should jump to

Just click the little orange arrow [->] and it will take you to the first unread post.

Now that I've cleared up and marked everything as read, the "View unread posts" works quite well.
