I just wonder if there has been some changes to the game this last armageddon?
I've noticed a few minor glitches, like kalaman gatemaster no longer block my entry as an example.

Maybe they've realized its a futile effort to try and keep you out. lol

something has been changed for sure - Ranger sentinels work different than they used to for sure

they should make a common note about that.. Personally i hate the chages that you have to figure out your self.. come on man.. Wizards change it.. you suffer from it.. Well or benefit.. but no matter what.. tell people when your making changes.. no matter how small.. could be done easy...

well - it seems no reply on this one

on the other hand one can get used to (not announced) changes ... most stupid one was with the Ranger special being changed without any notification and then changed back without any notification again
maybe it was just changed because it linked to something else that changed (i.e. global stun thing, or smth?) but ... well experiencing something in the field to work differently than you are used to (and rely on) gives a thrill at times

Could of been like Dragon Order's Plexus being changed overnight, because of someone abusing it (rolling plexuses) according to what it was intended to do.

I actually dont give a fuck about this thread now that i think about it.. There is still wizard friends and favourites to the wizards..soo.. what ever you know... Changes come and you eventually notice them.. whee wheee cheer cheer..and if your a wiz friend you will notice the changes before they come.. Thats basicially it.. no worries..

I'm a bit confused by this thread. First of all, of course there will sometimes be changes that are not announced. Small shifts to the game happen all the time, and only the major ones that are likely to create concern or confusion are announced. Small things like "a guard no longer blocks me" do not rise to this level. Never in the history of Genesis has there been a practice of wizards notifying players of everything they do. Why players would expect this is truly baffling to me.

I actually do quite frequently make announcements about changes that are important for players to know. If I change a few rooms or little this or that stuff ... no, I do not announce it. The world evolves, and you discovering that, rather than getting a phone call *could* be considered part of the fun.

Allorrana - you might want to consider yourself a wiz-friend in this case. I talk to you one-on-one more than I talk to most players. As such, you probably get more info than many people just through our conversations.

Laurel - I have no idea what you are talking about. I checked the Ranger files, and there have been zero changes made to any Ranger anything other than board notes and rack data. You mentioned some global shift might have affected things. I have no idea what might have affected your sentinels.

What i mean is, there are some that are buddies, player and wizard, and then the wizard tells the player this and that. and the player will know before its implimented.

Then there are those who hasnt any wizard buddies, and get nothing shared from the wizards other than what the common board says.

What people would like i suspect, is if any changes in guilds, the world, the items, are made, then let people know of it. it only makes sense, if you change to the world, even slight, then let people know.

And me.. a wizard friend, Yes but i dont get any info that belongs in the game, nor do i ask for them. I ask of fairness, not an I win button. and I might blow up and utter many bad words. but i dont ask for wiz info, nor have I ever done. so yes, you and I speak and are friends. but we arent sharing info friends.. thats what i ment here.
I dont get what info do you think im getting by us talking, our talks have mostly been about the game, and ideas i had.. i really havnt gotten any info and i dont plan on getting it from you.. and if you share, im proberly to dumb to pick up on it anyway. so no, i dont get any info that way.

And im sorry, but i still dont care about the thread. its what it is.. if changes are made, say it or dont.. we will eventually figure them out.
