Leaving guilds for returners

Was thinking that atleast for the returning players make leaving theire old guilds free atleast once?
Alot of them might want to try something new etc, or just make leaving guilds free, period.
Or make the xp stay but all skills aquired in the guild gets whiped, straight up. Defence, parry sword ALL those that the guild offers training in, no matter lvl. Expensive and bitchy, thats a punishment.
Just a thought, might be a good idea to those that might want to try the guilds that wherent around when they played
