Would it be possible to set up a Genesis newsletter function, that you could subscribe to from the main website?
For people, like me, who has lost the interest in playing as well as actively checking the forum, having a passive way of staying in touch might be beneficial.

It would probably take little effort and possibly reach people who are still remotely interested, but that do not take an active interest.
The newsletter could be sent out once in a while, when there have been major updates, or other interesting things happening in-game.

Sounds like an excellent idea!

Perhaps tied to the common board to begin with?

A well updated news-section on the webpage tied to the mailing list would be best though? So people feel something is happening. But we really never had that so someone has to take a step to make it happen...
