While people might not like it, fact remains if players are not attacking
newbies or attacking people repeteadly(without offensive behaviour from the
foe)without cause, then they should not be punished.

This reminds me of times past when myself and Nalfein were punished for killing
Irk 3 times in a month. While killing someone that many times might sound
weird, if you count in the fact that after each kill we let him be. and that he
was the agressor gathering teams and hunting us and we retaliating and dealing
kills rather than failed attempts.

I feel that the punishment of these two players, just like the punishment of
myself and Nalfein were made not cause any rules had been broken, but rather
because the Immortals felt they had to show force and act because that is what
they think people wanted.

I do think however that if you put a poll up, a majority of none Gelan folks
would say the punishments were unjust.

But those are just my 2 cents, I am sure others will disagree, but from my
perspective if you kill someone and they then hunt/offend you once more, they
should be free game.

Agreed

If ya kill someone and the very same person comes back 10 mins later and starts fucking around, stealing shit etc they should get nuked, not even a question

I must agree with some of the elements in the posts above.

Persons that choose (this is a conscious decision) to involve themselves in a hunt for a player practically agree that they might be slain in the attempt(s), or become victims later in retributions.

Want to participate in PvP? Then accept the Death that might follow should you loose the fight.

This should be very clear, really.
