Problem solved.
A herb which required rubbing caused this (monkshood it is - "rub monkshood on skin")

And I've now fixed the herb so that it in the future should not conflict with other <rub> situations. If you still experience it it might be because you have an old version of the herb and will need a relog to fix it.
