Anyone think it may be time to relax the restriction on spawns
of non-elite equipment?
I agree that it would be smart to keep restrictions on items
like runed falchion, serrated obsidian halberd, silvanesti tower shield, etc.
But what about the impressive bronzed partisans of the world? unholy halberd?
bloody steel axe? No reason these lesser tier magical items need to be
unicorn level rare IMO.
