How much would a fantastic progress in quest experience be in the normal progress bar? Do it even count in the normal progress bar?

I think they are two different bars. So you could have no measurable progress, and fantastic quest xp progress at the same time.

Although they clearly have different scales. I am also curious to how they compare... like the last event is sure seemed much nicer to get "fantastic" quest XP. But I dont know if it means rewards were upped, or that simply a new fantastic is the same as an old minimal (or less).

I believe they work based on the total amount of experience you have in each column.

As you gain more combat xp it becomes harder to get fantastic because the amount of xp you gain (1000xp) is only insignificant compared to your total combat xp (1 billion xp). Numbers are for emphasis only.

Where as if you have only like 50,000 quest xp, 1000 quest xp would be fantastic in comparison to your total.

This is how I interpret it anyways, who knows if it is accurate.

Again, these numbers are totally arbitrary and just for clarification.
