| | he Spirit Circle of Psuchae along with the |
| Calian Warriors come together to formally announce a |
| cooperative agreement. Let it be publicly known that |
| as a part of this agreement, our joint strength will be|
| used to vehemently defend our homelands from outside |
| attack. The Palace, the temple of the Spirit Circle, |
| and the peoples of Gelan will henceforth fall under the|
| protection of the newfound Kyrullian Coalition. |
| Attacks upon these places or peoples shall be defended |
| until the attackers are driven from the shores of |
| Calia. |
