Can someone please reply with the names of the Calian council and a leader in the Ogres.

You can see who the leader of the Ogres are yourself. Just travel to Emerald and see the latest statistics in the Repository Of Skulls. It is open for all players to view, I think?

And if I remember right I think you can ask Krom (the Calian NPC) about the calian council?

The ogres doesent have "leaders" as such, they have 2 people that gets stuff cheaper
