Elemental magic guilds? Like fire of flame guild or water of.....waves..guild?
questing guild where people cannot be attacked or attack too much but instead earn bonus exp on quests?
mapping guild that does stuff related to maps?
free spirits guild that gets special exp donated to them by other players in exchange for help and stuff?
Imagine a guild!

Cool ideas.
We do have the Elemental Worshippers guild in Calia, who worship the gods of fire, water, earth and air.

There are a few guilds that have over the top themes that are rpish rather than strictly combat useful.
minstrels (laymen) can write songs that other players can sing (even after you leave the guild)
noldor (elf race) knights (occ) summon ponies
travelers (human race) can carve figurines and have a lot of map emotes
academics(newbie) & elemental worshipers (laymen possibly occ later) can do the elemental magics
rangers (occ) can cook, hunt game, have some mapping advantages, and survivalist skills
dragon order (monks) have a lot of showing off martial arts coolness
there are others to these are just the ones i know best....
there are also clubs: dancers, story tellers, mummers, old fogies, treehouse society, ladies/gentelmens, equesrians... that give emotes.you can join unlimited clubs.
rangers(occ),
