Does anyone know what this means?

Suddenly, the world comes to a standstill.
Then, everything seems to blur and runs backwards very fast.
When things clear again, you feel the world around has changed.

Kvator has it. Krynn/Ansalon runs through a very particular time frame. It runs to the end of that period and then resets. That is the message given when the time returns.
