Is it mudlib limitations that set the max limit to 100, or some nifty idea behind the limit? I'd prefer the option of unlimited morelen. As it is nowadays with auction house, it is annoying with the limit of 100 lines.

The limitation is/was based on the maximal text throughput in the gamedriver and telnet protocol. It might be possible to extend the limit. If the auction house list is that long/spammy, then that's also something that should be looked into.
