Well, I am not aware of any changes to Palanthas in a long time. And as I remember from being a player they are good (which is why I classified them as good originally), but I did a quick check yesterday and they sure seem neutral now. So, I figured maybe I remembered wrong. But if I am not the only one who remembers them as good-aligned, perhaps this requires further investigation. Based on the files, there is no indication of anything changing since they were created. I've reached out to Vitwitch and the rest of the AoB team to see if they know anything.

If memory serves, Arman mused changes to ToA back in the day based off a conversation around page 6(?) of this thread.

Rising hero - titan.
Faerun is bullywugs, lizardmen, Svirfneblin (gnomes), goblins, illithid, drow, orcs, shades, vampire. In order of weakest to strongest.

Argos Guards (goodaligned) - Rising Hero-titan?
There are tiny guards west of the city, but a fair number of veteran guards inside the city.

As expected it seems like we have quite a few "mid-range" areas, but are lacking areas for small and very large players. Although hopefully Mirkwood and Ravenloft will help with providing things for the big players to do.
