I'm not sure if there was such intention of wizards but it seems that Minotaurs cannot enter Isengard, since they cannot wear helmets. Does anyone knows how to work around this limitation and enter Isengard?
Or maybe it is a bug that needs to be fixed?

Hm. Interesting. I don't know if it was intended or a mistake. I would suggest mailing Varian in-game, he does not read these forums. I'll mention this to him as well.

Of course you can always enter if you're evil...

Should a Minotaur's horns not count as an always on helmet?
Seems like a simple workaround to me..
Although it may be odd to code.

No the point is you need to wear a disguise to enter. Including a helmet to cover your features. So minotaurs can't enter because they can't put on the disguise. And RP-wise it makes sense, those horns are quite hard to cover up.
