I was wondering where the Beggars of Cabal are located..
I looked around Kabal and found a "beggars street" but can't investigate because I keep getting attacked by dogs. : /

Is that the right place?
I searched the entire city, but couldn't find anything else that even hinted at it..
Any help would be nice..

Not sure but I think it is close or around the PO.
Many years since I was there so my memory might fail.

You need to look for snike? sneed? some npc who has a task. It isnt far from Hernan.

The master beggar is inside a house near PO.
Remember to join before you grow to big
