Greetings Madmartigan.

Interesting note.

Well, the problem rises when the power given does not correspond with the extra
ammount of tax the special guild is burnened with. If the few extra percent of
tax they pay over your guild to is like falling beyond the event horizon of a
gravitional singularity, they become untouchable and to be unplayable
with/against.

An another sideeffect of power polarization is that even less exclusive
guilds(whoever that put them in their respectible categories)begins to mimic
the assumed elite guilds, and begins to follow the same criteria for joining,
screening etc, making them even less avaiable for people they could use.

Seconds...yes, its a problem that cant easily be erradicated, but again, is it
really _that_ critical if they find out information about your guild? I'd say,
any guild that _isnt_ build on the cripplement of secrecy is simply stronger in
design, that ofcourse, if your guild dont have a tons of IWin-buttons, that is,
that you wont get nerfed or cried about.

Apropos IWin-buttons, they should not exist, or should they? (abilties that
ensures your victory with no effort in playerskill)
that is given under the excuse of you being a good 'roleplayer'.

Thoughts for the mind.
