Hi everyone,

I recently took a look at my remembered list, and it seems that one of the names has a plus next to it. When I typed <last> and the person's name, it said "A player by that name cannot be found in the realms." Does this mean that the person deleted their character?

The + means they are a newbie helper.

Hmm.. yeah, I noticed that with the who list, but the other newbie helpers on my remembered list, the one not on the wholist, only had that one player's name with the plus next to it.

Yes. a + next to a name in your REMEMBER list, means they are deleted, and no longer a part of the game.

Well, I dont have any NPC names in memory. It was possible to remember those back in the day, of course.

They would likely be treated as non-existing players as well, when you do a remember. But deleted players show with a + in your remember list as well.

+ can mean 1 of 3 things, at least that I know about

NPC, Deletion or Wizzed

Some sort of a crusader obviously.

The person with a + was a player who helped me with the entire tutorial when I was new. I was afraid it meant he was deleted. But either way, it's good to know. Thank you very much everyone!
