Odd characters

Can we have • in the available characters? It can't be written right now (alt+numpad 7 in win 10, browser detects just numpad 7 going northwest) and even if written it gets "translated into a weird 3-character thingie (•'s ascii code? not sure). I guess one can live with - instead of • but it would feel cool.
