Trying to aid a few younglings every now and then, we have come across the
problem of finding a suitable Adventurer's Guild or low-level skill training
centre, looking for proper skills to learn.

What I mean is that since Beregond has already learnt all there is at these
places, he gets the 'you can't improve any more skills at this location, find
another'.

Seeing as Beregond maxed a fair deal of these skills back in his hayday of -95,
I can't seem to remember which Adventurer's Guild taught which skill. And thus
can't really properly aid a youngling when it comes to directions of where to
learn what.

My suggestion is that regardless of your own skill level, you can always
examine on a poster or sign, which skills are taught at a location.

(It is possible that this already exists and I don't know the syntax for it.)

I know of one such place in Middle Earth, and find the sign very useful.

So suggestion, question is, does it exist? or can it be added?
