Perma-saving items
Greetings, citizens!
What do we decide about permanently saving items ?
All of items currently are constantly "glowing briefly", i.e. "last a while".
Will we face a problem of over-hoarding ?

Well there are no limits on items either, some spawns just get slower as the mobs get constantly farmed
Re: Perma-saving items
We definitely already have a problem of over-hoarding already. Especially when it comes to unbreakable items, which of course eventually have to be adjusted (as promised from the start). Fingers crossed for it happening Before Xmas(tm).
Re: Perma-saving items
I'd like to see a system where items last a much more consistent amount of time. Its frustrating to spend dozens of hours farming an item only for it to last a few hours once finally acquired. I also think its unfair that only tanks or those with dulling weapons are dealing with equipment replacement. I would recommend a system where combat time is tracked per item and wearing down of items is per amount of time in combat. Ideally equipment would last for about month of use in heavy combat. I think this equipment dulling should apply to everyone in combat, not just the tank.
Thanks for reading.

I agree with Tarlok.
That would indeed be grand.

Re: Perma-saving items
Can you also use this chance to explain how the perma-saving imbued flaming black broadsword that you were using was duplicated for multiple copies to be used within the guild? Also, does the timing of your request have anything to do with losing that item (and the clones?)Pasha wrote:Greetings, citizens!

Also, how was it done? And who is responsible? What is their fate?
I'm dying to know.

From the stories I've heard, this is HILARIOUS.Zugzug wrote:

On a more serious note. It makes little sense for non-tanking equipment to just break. What about equipment rusting over time, weapons and armors.
