Mail archival is broken?

I have a crazy amount of in-game mails, a lot of them RP related, so I would love if I could archive them all before cleaning my mailbox... but the links it gives seemly 404 me?

I don't think that has worked for a very long time.
It might not be possible to repair it safely...
