i've heard there are quests that can be done in icewaal at ironlike strength. is this true ad if so can they be done at adept just turned great adventurer?

Some of those quests can be done at GA, but Icewall in general is very dangerous. I would recommend going only with someone more experienced. Ironlike strength is required to access certain parts of Icewall, but just because you can access them doesn't mean it is safe or a good idea for you to do so.
