Hello,

As many of you have noticed, and reported, there is currently
a problem with imbued items going missing. We are doing our best
to fix this as quickly as possible. 

For the time being, I strongly recommend that you, if possible,
do NOT log out with imbued items. Instead, store them in racks
or other safe places. Also, do not sell imbued items on the 
auction house until we have solved this issue.

We will let you know when things are fixed, and if you have 
lost things, we urge you to be patient. I am not sure if everyone
can be compensated, it will simply depend on what the problem
turns out to be, but we will of course try to make this right
as best we can.
