Celebrate the Source!

I am writing to notify you that the Hegemon of Sybarus has declared
that the Gate to the Holm shall now operate more like the Third Gate
to the Forbidden City.

What this means is that you no longer have to shout and wait for the
old gatekeeper to open the gate for you so you can leave the Holm.
Now you can unlock and open it yourself.

Do note, however, that the lock and latch can be difficult to manage
when you are full of adrenaline, so it may take you a few tries if
you were very recently in combat.
