For those that seek to find these items, you can now tell whether
an armour can also enhance your unarmed attack.  When you appraise
the armour, you will see a line like this:

The pair of spiked leather cesti is made to be worn on the right hand and on
the left hand.  It can be used to impale and batter.

The text will be similar to that of weapons.

The ability to use 'compare' on these armours should be coming soon
too, and should work similarly to comparing weapons.
