| Due to a growing number of attacks on the fortress on Anduin we remind |
| travellers whom visit the lands of Gondor that all soldiers of Gondor |
| are units protected by the forces of the Rangers of the Westlands. |

| This, of course, includes all the troops stationed at Cair Andros. The |
| Rangers will consider any and all whom attack these troops as hostile |
| and will treat them accordingly. Consider yourself warned. |
