Boots that inflict pain in Earthsea

Some boots from the island of Gont have been updated to properly
inflict pain. Though they're not magical in nature, they can
still be quite deadly on the feet of warriors who do not need
weapons.
There will be further conversions and additions (including magical
items) as work progresses.
