In order to help players understand the impact of spell enhancers,
you can now use the 'divine' command to compare against your
natural skill.  You can now "divine my magic with <item>" to see
how they compare.

Also, by popular demand, I have added help files for divine,
spelleffects, and prayereffects.  These commands are limited to
spellcasters, and so the help files will be available to those
as well.
